Swedish Massage is a gentle relaxing massage, using softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage.   The sensitivity to pressure makes it ideal for relaxation, helping you relax, unwind and recharge, massage stimulates and aids the Lymph drainage system which is most beneficial in the removal of toxins from the body, and returning fresh oxygenated blood back into the muscles and skin.
